Tonight is the end of an era, the last service in Les olives, we would like to thank all our customers for the tremendous support you have given us over the last twelve years, it is scary to think about the amount of scallops, wild bass and fillet steaks we cooked and served during that time !
We are running a charity sale of some of our pictures, many of you have offered money for these, well now is the time so start bidding, you have until the 17th of June midnight. This thursday is our next tasting evening, wonderful food and excellent wines to match as usual, on the menu we have some of our specialities that made Les Olives what it is today, so come along, book early not to be disapointed, limited places as usual. |

The restaurant will be closed for a few days for refurbishment and on Friday the 23rd, Les Olives Wine and Grill will reopen with a new look and approach to food.
We will serve food to complement the restaurant's new approach to wine, serving Tapas and Sushi with a wide range of wines by the glass, you will be able to buy wine from our cave to take home and even choose your own bottle for your meal, be a three course dinner with family and friends or relaxing after a hard days work with a glass on the way home and a few nibbles.
Grilled Meats and fresh fish are still on the menu, and home made dessert to end on a sweet note.
See you soon for a wonderfull evening, serving Tuesday to Saturday from 6 pm
We will also open Thursday and Friday lunch during December from 12.30 |

This is our second Winebunch dinner, this time Tuscany and games are on the menu, Montegrossi is one of the top Chianti house, making classic wines from Sangiovese in a traditional way, like any good Tuscan winery, they also have a "Super Tuscan" and one of the best Vin Santo I have ever tasted, rich, sweet, without the alcoholic flavour found in cheaper version, this is wonderfull! I know why Robert Parker gave 97 to this wine.
I hope to see you in the restaurant on the 29th for another fantastic evening, hosted by Seamus Daly of Quintessential wines, starting at 7.30 with a glass of Proseco, as usual booking is essential. |

The menu will consist of 6 different courses matched with the delicious wines of Ridge, with the famous Monte-Bello Bordeaux varietal wine, one of the most expensive Californian on the market.

This is now official, Les Olives is on the way to open on the Avenue at Whitewater Newbridge.
Following last week 4 days fashion show at Whitewater, it was unveiled that Les Olives will open in the fall on the Avenue.
We kindly sponsored Wine , Bites and refreshment for the VIP evening, hosted by model Glenda Gilson.
We will have something different there, so keep an eye on our news page and see you there on opening night

| GMO FREE IRELAND |

We support the GMO free Ireland for the last year now, today Kildare County Council as refused the usage of genetically modified crops in our county, this is good news, it will help us to bring you the best from our local organic supplier like Nick Cullen from Ballysax for a long while we hope. |
